It is very good that you can email your health issue and get a response instead of waiting on the phone The Doctor I saw was very helpful and understanding

I really like Dr Lord(?) at Churchfield Surgery. He’s always extremely caring and compassionate and always seems to listen and give you time to explain your problems.

Not much. I don’t like the fact that I have to speak to the doctor on the phone before I can get a face to face, but I understand the reasons for this.
